Right on Duxton Road, Kosnica, specialising in desserts made from their own honey and only the freshest ingredients, serves some of the fluffiest and aesthetically pleasing waffles in the city. The staff is very welcoming and will happily pair your choice of gelato to the perfect waffle.

The café has a simple theme, with white walls and  honeycomb-patterned decor. It’s cosy atmosphere with friendly service, makes for a perfect Sunday afternoon.

Worth ordering: Mixed waffle, a winning combo of Matcha, buttermilk and red velvet flavours. Paired with Salted caramel and hazelnut gelato. or the Red velvet waffle paired with duo chocolate gelato.  For the lovers of super sweet, ask for some of their homemade honey to top it off…AMAZING!!! Finish off with the signature honey lemon tea or for a cold refreshing drink, the konisca honey yuzundae.

Creamery Boutique Ice Creams is tucked away on Tyrwhitt street and is famous for its own speciality, the Original Hot Cookie.  The large windows, bright space and open kitchen concept create a modern, homey experience and makes it perfect to catch up with friends and family after a long week. The menu offers 5 decadent cookies which are served hot in a pan and are paired with the perfect homemade ice cream with the guidance of the friendly staff, who do everything in order for you to have the best hot cookie experience. Favourites include the Brownie cookie, Monster Matcha Lava Cookie and the incredibly creamy Banoffee, Milo Dinosaur and Thai tea ice cream… all concocted with love.  The Original Hot Cookies are best enjoyed along with tasty drinks – ranging from the rich lychee smoothie to the Affogato, which when paired with the baby milk ice cream creates a contrasting colour ideal for the perfect insta shot.

This two stories café is the last opened by three-time Singapore National Barista champion and ASEAN Barista champion Ryan Tan. Famous for its berry ricotta hotcake and flavourful coffee, this cafe gets really crowded during the weekends. Catch up with friends over some of the best coffee in the city, in a chic yet simplistic setting with good vibes. Start off with the sweet potato truffle fries, for mains I recommend the french toast with matcha crumble, finish off with the crowd pleaser – berry ricotta hotcake.
